If you need support, you're not alone. These trusted services are here when it matters most.
The strength of the PTI community has always been our ability to take the lead and adapt to new challenges. In this new era of 'Modern Welfare,' we encourage every member and partners/family of the PTIFamily to embrace a self-service approach to their personal wellbeing and professional growth. By utilizing the digital tools and specialist networks available, you take direct ownership of your path forward, whether that is seeking mental health support through Op COURAGE, exploring changes to your lifestyle to live healthier and longer, or engaging in our peer-to-peer mentoring.
We are actively building a future where every veteran has the autonomy to find the right support at the right time and they can involve family members to help them too.
Your resilience is a great asset, use it to explore, connect, and thrive but the ability to ask for help and support is also a strength.
